Reading by Design

Round Rock ISD provides a continuum of dyslexia services, which now includes the use of Reading by Design for direct dyslexia services in the special education setting. In the 22-23 school year, several elementary campuses piloted the program. In the 23-24 school year, the district received grant funding to provide training and materials for the remaining elementary, middle, and high school campuses, enabling all campuses to provide Reading by Design in the special education setting.

The Talking Book Program

The Talking Book Program (TBP) provides free library services to qualifying Texans with visual, physical, or reading disabilities.

Bookshare

Bookshare makes reading easier. People with dyslexia, blindness, cerebral palsy or other reading barriers can customize their experience to suit their learning style.

Fact Sheets
